Thank you for your interest in Bouncin’ Baby Photography! For the past 13 years, I have been photographing pregnant mommas, the birth of new lives entering this world, newborns, and those children and their families as they have grown. I have photographed more newborn babies in the state of Utah than any other photographer I know. This is largely due to the fact that I have been contracted with hospitals along the Wasatch Front for these 13 years to photograph in-hospital fresh 48 photos. That coupled with the hundreds of studio newborns I have done and workshops I have hosted, it’s a very large number of newborns indeed.

Newborn lead posing is an important part of my process. Pretty quickly I can tell if anything is uncomfortable for baby. I also learn their favorite side, their favorite way to be soothed, and all the things needed for a successful session. If I let baby lead, they usually lead us to beautiful images where they are comfortable and relaxed.

I know that you mommas are exhausted and recovering when you come in for your photo session. I know you’re going to be tired and probably don't feel like doing the session that day, even though it’s really important to the timing of capturing them so new. I want you to know the studio is set up so you can relax. We will photograph baby right in front of you. Baby is never out of sight. You are welcome to take a much-needed break. Coldwater, fruit-flavored sodas, and snacks are provided in case you brought everything for baby, but forgot about yourself. I got you momma!
