We will take the time to meticulously customize each session according to your unique preferences and requests. 

When should I schedule my maternity session?

It's best to try and schedule the shoot between weeks thirty-one (31) and thirty-six(36). This timing is what we shoot for because you have a nice bump by this point but aren’t in the last and often uncomfortable phase. 

Will hair and makeup be provided? 

I can schedule professional hair & makeup to be provided before your session for an additional cost of about$150. This estimate is based on my current professional artist’s cost for services and travel to the studio. My clients often come with their own hair and makeup done based on my recommendations.

I don’t know how to pose, will you help me?

Of course! We are going to have a fun maternity photo shoot. You can relax and really enjoy the session and know that your memories of being pregnant are being captured. You do not need to know how to pose. It is my job to capture your beautiful figure with the most flattering angles and light. I will direct and demonstrate throughout the entire shoot.

Does your studio provide wardrobe options for sessions? 

You and I will discuss the overall style of the maternity session thoroughly in the initial stages of planning. This normally happens during your pre-consultation. Points such as photographic style, colors, clothing, and details should be decided early in the process. 

My studio has a wardrobe collection of maternity gowns, wraps, and accessories. These are available for all of my client sessions making things less stressful on you. I will pull wardrobe options that fit the style and color preferences that you and I have discussed to create unique images for you.
